At RED, coffee is our specialty. We understand that each cup of coffee we serve should be perfect! Red’s coffee presents a new and revolutionary trend – specialty-coffee shops. Our coffee is produced using a Self Roasting System created by Coffee-Tech Engineering Co.

Our coffee is freshly roasted every day in each of Red’s coffee shops in the most advanced automated equipment in the world.
In fact each of the Red’s coffee shops is an atelier for unique quality coffee that can be purchased in our stores only.
Freshness is one of the most important things in coffee next to the quality of beans, taste and aroma. That is why we serve our coffee approximately 48 hours after it has been roasted, because if we waited for weeks or month after roasting and the taste will be completely different. Just like bread, coffee is served best when it is fresh.  

Our RED Miscela Napoli, RED Miscela Milano and RED Miscela Roma signature blends were developed exclusively
by Qualified Cuppers of the Coffee-Tech Engineering.
RED Miscela Napoli is designed for espresso-like beverages which are served without milk or additional flavors. RED Miscela Milano, on the other hand, with its subtle sourness balances the natural sweetness of milk, is meant for all the milk-based brews such as cappuccino, latte etc. RED Miscela Roma is a balanced decaffeinated blend, meant for all kinds of coffee drinks.

RED is all about coffee! That is why we invited some of the world-famous specialists to be involved in the development of our blends. These specialists have been involved in every step of this process from choosing beans from coffee plantations around the equator, mixing different kinds of beans into a single delicious blend, performing quality control, choosing roasting equipment and coffee machines to selecting and training baristas and waiters. At RED we understand the importance of a GOOD cup of coffee.
